The Australian School of Medical Imaging (ASMI) is offering several exciting and unique career opportunities via structured training positions in medical ultrasound.

This is in collaboration with prominent radiology providers currently requiring new trainees, covering most states and territories across Australia.

We are seeking self motivated and committed medical radiation technologists or allied health professionals (registered nurses, biomedical science graduates etc) with relevant employment or clinical history to fill these supported and full time training positions.

The successful candidates will enter into a strong training environment which will guide them to becoming Accredited Medical Sonographers over a total 2 year period.

The successful applicants will be required to:

• Complete the 13 week ASMI Residential Program, based in Sydney.
• Make an initial financial commitment toward the costs of the program
• Agree to a minimum tenure post qualification with their training provider.

Many of the training providers will offer assistance with living expenses during the program, relocation and other ongoing education expenses. Some scope exists for further reimbursement of costs over time in return for ongoing employment commitment.
