Peter Mundey

Peter Mundey has been involved in the radiology industry for 20 years, with the last 9 years in management. Peter held a number of senior management roles within Medical Imaging Australia (MIA). MIA is a large national entity that publicly listed in year 2000, formed from the amalgamation of several large radiology partnerships across Australia.

 Peter subsequently worked within a management team to direct significant reform in both the NSW and Victorian MIA operations as part of amalgamation of acquired radiology firms into the public entity.

In 2003 Peter took up a senior management role with Sonic Healthcare in the radiology division, as well as contributing to National Amalgamation Teams.

In mid 2006 Peter joined ASMI as CEO. His existing management networks and unique industry experience have provided insight into devising innovative solutions for medical imaging practices in Australia.

Peter brings this extensive knowledge and his passion for education to his role with ASMI.

Through better training which is constantly reformed and developed Peter continues to provide solutions for medical imaging departments.
